Stork PMT, located at Boxmeer in the Netherlands, has chosen Slim4 as supplement to SAP. From a low but unmeasured service level, the company is now moving upward towards a service level of 98%; or successful order picks 98% of the time.
Jan Melssen, service support manager and responsible for achieving this target, says why this is necessary. “We are a very customer-passionate organisation and do almost everything to satisfy customer wishes. Given the fact that we are the world market leader, customers expect us to supply parts needed immediately.”
